My Philosophy
A Training Series
for Professional Development
Every learning series begins with collaboration between the organization’s stakeholders and SMEs to assess the needs and current practices from which goals are developed.
Once goals are established, materials are designed and developed with the stakeholder’s needs in mind. The stakeholders will be consulted throughout the process to ensure the delivery of high-impact materials.
Each training series includes:
Goal aligned activities grounded in adult learning theory.
Up-to-date best practice activities that foster intrinsic motivation for learning.
Gamification to increase learner engagement.
Materials that embrace diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Valid and Reliable assessment activities to track learner’s mastery of content.
